The United Neighbors project was a collaboration between community members and the West Side Community Development Corporation to repurpose a once divisive highway bridge into a community event space where neighborhood gatherings could happen. Terrance created a mural for the entire community to help complete, all culminating in a block party to celebrate the new space.
