How it came together
The West Rehoboth Legacy project was a collaboration between The Developing Artist Collaboration and Westside New Beginnings in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The mural illustrates the rich black history of the West Rehoboth neighborhood, which holds special meaning to Terrance who has longstanding roots in the area.
A historic project centuries in the making.
